Cultivating Tradition & Technology

CRUCKTON PLOUGHING ‘Never enjoyed a Match so much’ ‘Excellent’ ‘Great to be among friends’ ‘Great food’ ’Proud to be part of the day’   ’A well run and enjoyable Match’ ‘Everyone makes you feel so welcome’ ‘Enjoyed by all generations’ What a fantastic day! Ploughing matches don't get much better than this....

‘these are just some of the compliments we received after the 2008 Match and they are something about which we should all be proud because you are all part of that special atmosphere at our Ploughing Match. Our hosts Mr B Whittles and the Trustees of Sundorne Estates were amazing – so hospitable and relaxed about all the comings and goings nothing was too much trouble for them. What a beautiful part of the world, and a great site it was even commented that it would be great to have the National finals on the site the layout was fantastic and weren’t we lucky with the weather!!
